| 宣教部的主要事工就是組織帶領教會的弟兄姊妹向未信主的慕道朋友傳揚福音，差遣或支持宣教士去不同的地方傳揚福音建立教會，支持宣教機構用各種不同的渠道向不同的族群傳揚福音，完成主耶穌所吩咐的大使命。
下面分成幾個部分來數算神的恩典： 一、迎新福音隊 2018年迦密教會迎新福音隊由原福音隊和迎新隊合併而成。主要事奉是接待和跟踪教會的新朋友，向慕道朋友講解福音的主要內容，帶領人信主並跟進關顧轉介至團契小組。迎新福音隊由隊長負責日常的組織管理，王兰军执事是現任隊長。迎新福音隊有四個小組，每個小組有一個小組長和四至五位迎新福音隊員。現任小組長有王蘭軍弟兄、劉衛紅姊妹和張翊姊妹。迎新福音隊每周平均要接待2-3個新來的家庭，每年向大約100-200位新人傳揚主的福音。 願神帶領更多的慕道朋友到教會認識上帝，也鼓勵弟兄姊妹熱心帶領新人來教會。歡迎有負擔的弟兄姊妹加入迎新福音隊，大家一起來為主興旺福音。 二、愛鄰舍 福音外展事工 為遵循主耶穌「愛人如己」的大誡命及「宣教為焦點」的教會主题，2018由宣教部統籌並聯合團契、總務、基教靈修等部門共同組成 “愛鄰舍” 福音外展事工小組，針對臨近社區之不同族群、年齡需求籌劃各種活動，歡迎弟兄姊妹積極參與並向2018年度事工小組長郭大櫓弟兄提議可行項目以充分運用教會資源把迦密介紹給社區，把社區人群吸引來迦密認識主！ 三、短宣 福音除了向來教會的人傳講，也要主動出去向近處和遠處的人宣揚。迦密秉承宣道會普世宣教的優良傳統，於2017至2019年間共派出六批22人次短宣隊到非洲烏干達、美國西維州摩根城、加東愛德華王子島，墨西哥Santa Fe及其它福音未得之地短宣，而迦密的宣教熱誠除表現在短宣期間會眾以禱告及經濟支持短宣隊外，更在隨後短宣隊員分享中受到激勵！ 四、支持宣教士和宣教機構 宣教是宣道會的首要目標，我們若不是宣教士，就要用禱告、關顧和資金支持宣教士。目前我們支持的宣教士有Rachel Yang，Peter Hsieh，Angela Chang和Dan Degaris。盼望從我們教會有更多的弟兄姊妹被呼召出來全職服侍神，能有更多的宣教士走出去，到主需要的地方傳揚福音。 除了支持宣教士，我們也固定支持宣教機構，讓他們有資金去運作宣教，用神學教育、報刊報紙、廣播電視網絡等方式向全球需要福音的地方傳講主的福音。這些宣教機構包括：加拿大基督使者協會、恩福協會、海外基督使團、 加拿大校園團契、遠東廣播電臺、多倫多短宣中心、靈命日糧、中國信徒佈道會-中信、萬民福音使團-宣教日引、Ambrose University College、加拿大華人神學院、華神加拿大學區、宣道會餐福協會等。 我们也在每周的祷告会上为宣道会在墨西哥和其它地方的宣教士祷告。 五、宣教基金 感謝神，我們教會的弟兄姊妹有一個願意為宣教奉獻的熱心。在我們的日常奉獻中有一專項是“差傳”，凡是弟兄姊妹將奉獻金額指定為“差傳”，我們將百分之百用於宣教。其中70%將直接轉到宣道會的全球宣教基金(GAF)用於差遣全職的宣教士到世界各福音未得之地為主征戰，30%由我們自主分配給我們教會支持的宣教士和宣教機構。願弟兄姊妹為充裕的宣教基金(2021年目標$50,000)禱告並努力奉獻。 六、福音佈道會和宣教年會 除了上面講到的日常事奉，宣教部還負責安排佈道家或福音樂團舉行福音佈道會，感謝神賜給我們許多慕道朋友，而福音佈道會常常能成為他們被聖靈感動願意決志信主的臨門一腳。另外每年的宣教年會則成為弟兄姊妹了解宣教工場及宣教士動態的窗口，弟兄姊妹也常在年會中被聖靈充滿，決心更為宣教多盡一份心力，為主多向人傳福音。我們更組織弟兄姊妹參加每四年一次的聯合宣教大會 (JMC)，和分佈在世界各地的宣教士近距離接觸，打開弟兄姊妹的眼界，讓我們看到更大的禾場和更多的工人需要，而每次也有許多的弟兄姊妹被呼召作全職的傳道人。有牧者曾說：你的視野有多大，你的宣教國度就有多大！我們不要被局限在一個很狹窄的範圍內，我們要為整個神的國度努力征戰。 七、网络宣教 我们处于一个新媒体的时代，人人都是自媒体，网络宣教已经成为一种新的趋势。疫情更改变了我们的生活，同时也改变了我们传福音的方式。网络宣教已经成为一个必需。网络宣教和传统方式的结合将会是我们未来传福音的主要方法。 感谢神把我们放在这样一个网络时代！网络给了我们每个人自己的群组和朋友圈，每个人都成为了信息的发布者。让宣教成为一种生活方式，朋友圈就是你我的禾场！「转发就是宣教」，让我们拥抱这样一个全新的宣教理念。让我们看到你我都可以做宣教事，成为宣教士。这是神赐的新媒体时代，转发就是宣教，或者就是宣教的开始。 感谢神带领我们制定了新的《迦密网络宣教事工发展规划》，并开始实施。愿神继续带领我们拓展我们教会的视野，把福音传给我们在世界各地的家人和朋友们！ 我们鼓励每一位弟兄姐妹每天抽出至少30分钟的时间来传福音，让传福音成为我们每天生活的一部分！ 八、結語 宣教部的事奉很多，因為我們生在宣道會，傳福音宣教是我們的本分 (DNA)。保羅説：如果我不傳福音，我就有禍了（林前9:16）。願弟兄姊妹都如保羅一樣，盡心，盡意，盡力的愛神愛人，獻上自己為活祭去實行主的大使命，阿門！ |
